A Background in Service
Before founding Nichols Injury Law, Titus was a violent crimes trial and appellate prosecutor in Augusta, Georgia, where he handled over 1,000 cases, tried 30 jury trials, and never lost a murder case. He also argued numerous cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
Before his prosecution work, Titus clerked for Judges Robert N. Jenkins and Alex Kinlaw, Jr. in South Carolina. He completed the GTLA LEAD Program in 2018 and was recognized as a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2019 to 2021, an honor given to only 2.5% of lawyers in the state.
Titus also serves as an Officer in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) for the Georgia Army National Guard

Military Carrer
Beyond his civilian responsibilities, Titus also serves as an Officer in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) for the Georgia Army National Guard. As a JAG officer, Titus advises military commanders on operational, administrative, and fiscal law matter. He has also had the honor of defending Soldiers facing courts-martial, non-judicial punishments, administrative separations and various federal investigations.
Community Involvement
Titus finds time to give back to his community in various ways. He has a proud member of the Omicron Mu Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity Inc. He also serves on the UGA Young Alumni Committee with other proud Georgia Law Dawgs! In addition to being a graduate of Leadership Augusta, Titus is also a graduate of the Class of 2022 Leadership Cobb.

Titus has also had the opportunity to pass on his skills through teaching as a professor at several distinguished institutions. He has served as an instructor of Trial Practice at Furman University, an Adjunct Professor for Augusta University. He also has taught future attorneys from the University of Georgia School of Law through his Plaintiff’s Practice course.
